Danish cultural training tailored to your Chinese staff

C3 Consulting now offers an open course on Danish cultural training specially tailored to Chinese staff working in Danish companies. The course will provide your Chinese employees with tools to communicate efficiently with Danish colleagues and managers.
The course consists of two modules. Module 1 can be taken separately, but to participate on module 2 you must have taken module 1.
Module 1
Module 1 in Danish cultural training provides a useful introduction to Danish work and organization culture. The participants will be actively involved in the training through discussion and small exercises.
Module 1 of the course includes the following subjects:
- Danish cultural codes and values
- Danish history and social conditions
- Danish education and company culture
- Direct vs indirect communication
- Danish management and leadership style
- Danish colleagues and managers – what are their backgrounds?
Module 2
Module 2 in Danish cultural training further develops the participants’ cross-cultural competencies.
Module 2 of the course includes the following features:
- The course is customized to meet the needs and experiences of each participant
- Before the training we contact the participants to collect case stories / challenges form the cross-cultural working day. We will work with the cases during the course, making the training highly relevant to each participant
- The participants gain a more thorough knowledge of Danish work and organization culture
- Through switching between research-based presentations, exercises, and case studies, the knowledge is converted into practical tools that can increase productivity in the day-to-day work
